How many of the "10 you didn't know" did you actually know about?

I appreciate that there was some research and work done here. Good editing and music applied throughout. Although does the audio drop for you in the early beginning?

I was familiar with all of the items except #3. Had never heard that Dana Olsen was partly inspired to write The 'Burbs because there was a serial murderer in his neighborhood in the 1930's.
