today is the 10th aniversary of Princess Diana's death. and last night of BBC1 10 years ago, i first saw THE ' BURBS wooohoo.

Came back from a holiday campwith my family back to our caravan and it was on tv and saw the last 15mins :)

LOL. Isn't that typical? You watch the final moments of a movie and wonder... "What the heck was I just watching?" Sometimes it turns out to really be a great movie (i.e. The 'Burbs) and sometimes not so much (i.e. Cobra).

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez 10 years ago ...unreal...I remember that...I remember reading about Di...LOL...kinda like when JFK was whacked and they say everyone can remember where they were when they heard. Not being a Royalist (as probably Di wasn't, really) I couldn't care less about the Di thing. But it shocks me that it's 10 years ago...boy

I can remember, too. I was staying at a friends house and when we came downstairs to get some breakfast, I saw the picture of her mangled car on the front page of the Oregonian.

The sad thing was, I asked my friend's mother. Who's Princess Diana?

yeah i was eating my breakfast today and they kept talking about her and stuff, and i was like "hmm... how long is it?" and for some reason i though 15 years but that would be crazy, i'd be 4 then... LOL but i didnt think about that at the moment, cause i just remembered like, what house my uncle lived in at that time.. (he had a elton john cd with the original candle in the wind song i think) -

MAN what a train of thoughts i produced while eating my cereal. HAHA.

...that's spooky...E John re-wrote that for the 1997 Diana version...

That's one of the theories yeah...

Of course there's a conspiracy theory surrounding Di's death - because Dodi was an Asian...and she was rumoured to be pregnant...and "The Palace" couldn't have that!

I was 15 and it was my summer vacation. I remember reading about Diana's death in the so-called "Videotext" only a few minutes after the incident happened.

But I also remember that 10 years ago there was a special on CNN concerning the Air Force talking about the Roswell incident. I caught it at night and it was live. Damn, I was so excited and I thought: "Wow, tonight they will admit that there are alien life forms out there". I even woke my parents up to tell them about it but since they never heard of the Roswell incident, their excitement was quite restrained.

Unfortunately that night the Army only released information about "Project Mogul" claiming the bodies found in the New Mexican desert were Dummys which were thrown out of airplanes.

The truth (still) is out there.

You have an interest in Project Mogul too?

Recently we had a double page spread in our leading UK newspaper saying one of the guys that was there at the time has passed away. Sworn to secrecy, when he died he asked that something be read out by his lawyer. Basically saying he knows what he saw and it wasn't anything like the Government say.

I'm sure you you're alluding to the deathbed confession of Walter G. Haut, the guy who released the message that the Army captured a flying disc near Roswell before it was revoked by command of General Roger Ramey.

He didn't just claim that what he saw wasn't what the government says, furthermore he claims to have seen strange bodies and and a craft which he believes came from outer space.

Roswell remains a mystery.
