I haven't seen Tom Hanks' movie A Man Called Otto yet - but my wife sent me this from the IMDB trivia:

"In the cars scene with Otto and Reuben, Tom Hanks' face was digitally de-aged to make him appear in his mid thirties. The VFX team used footage and stills from The 'Burbs (1989) to create a digital blueprint in order to achieve this effect."

That's interesting. I was trying to find a clip which shows this but couldn't.

Truman Hanks played him when he's young , maybe they slightly modified his face but it's barely visible.
