Are we gonna fix the banner? IS it fixable? Should we have a contest to for a new banner? I loved that one before photobucket got greedy.

After the original administrator of this board, Bonnie Rumsfield, disappeared without even saying goodbye I was able to be provided with the admin permissions. This is the good news.
The bad news is, I have no clue how to change it. There is a board management panel and in this you can click "change layout / colors of the board". However there was no option to change the banner. So if you guys could help me by providing me with an instruction or something, I will change it.

Does it have any text in the "community Logo" options fields in the "Miscellaneous options" section of the control panel?

Unfortunately everything in the community logo section is empty. I tried to copy out the various options we have:

Well I tried but it looked terrible, somehow replacing the right gif and being much too small. I think I have to experiment a little with the height etc.

I am going to play. I am not expert on this but I want to try something. Actually a couple things.
By the way, we can not use Imgur to make a banner picture. Actually you are not allowed to use them for signatures or avatars either. They will eventually catch you and delete your account. You can, however, use Imgur to post a picture in a conversation.
A new free place, that I have recently found is Gifyu. You can do all of those things there.
