Anything used in the movie that we can locate ?

I'm not sure, they re-built the houses in the course of time so often I don't think anything is left. The original props went somewhere but if I remember correctly Joe Dante once said that there is hardly anything left. I mean come on, they even shot an alternate ending with some dead cheerleaders in the Klopek's trunk (it wasn't just an idea, they actually shot it) but according to Joe Dante on the German Blu Ray no one knows where this alternate ending is today. It just got lost.

After hearing what Arrow Films have said about the upcoming blu rays, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd found those lost alternate endings and included them on the extras! They specifically mentioned lost film that had been rediscovered.

After hearing what Arrow Films have said about the upcoming blu rays, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd found those lost alternate endings and included them on the extras! They specifically mentioned lost film that had been rediscovered.

Yea I wonder if Planet Hollywood has anything . I agree back then studios just tossed the stuff out or reused it in other films
I was trying to locate the films prop master but was not able to find any leads that panned out . I really wanted the book they looks at in his basement . I did google searches on the title it looks to me like it had to have been custom made unfortunately . Might look around house but nothing really popped out at me looked like 80's basic things .

I've looked and haven't found much over the years. Hans Hat was on sale a few years ago but other than that nothing more than a signed movie photo or poster from a character or two. They do have some pretty cool shirts on EBAY with quotes from Rumsfield.

Yup see that sold years back . Its cool but not a major piece that really would be cool in a PH or for me something I would want . I have been looking for a press kit but only seen them broken up into pieces so far , one picture here one there that type of stuff.
Wonder If any of the cast kept some of the wardrobe items ? I have to believe that PH has something from that film. They have the largest collection in the world . The 80's films are really becoming sought after even obscure cult hits like "The burbs" and others . PH in Disney World has a good amount of 80's memorabilia
I will check later this year when I go . Last time I went I was rushed and tried to check out all of the 4 or 5 floors they have . I am not positive but I think they might have something there again not 100 pct .
