Let's list his thieving...

Tried to steal Walter's ashtray
Stole Ray's breakfast
The crap comb he dug up near the Klopek's basement window
 
lol yeah he's awesome that way. and he didnt mind the idea of stealing some knackwurst and beer from the klopeks.
 
Yeah...and he's an expert at tresspass and criminal damage...
Just don't go near him when he has a gun...
 
Ray was lucking that he shot the porch light and not his head!

And I think you can add supplying a minor with alcohol to Art's criminal file... Was that beer he gave to Ricky?

I like the way Art waves the femur around. To be fair, he didn't steal it, Vince bought it to him.

Nothing is safe in that neighborhood between the Klopeks and Art. The Klopeks stole a whole ambulance AND a house!
