'Burbs on the big screen

I saw The 'Burbs on the big screen when it was released. HUGE fan ever since. I think I saw it with my brother. We laughed our asses off!

I'm only laying here with my eyes closed trying to get some goddamn sleep!
Damn, I would love to see it on the big screen as well.

Walter, I have your dog.
Every time I watch it it's on my big screen telley. :p

I'm gonna staple his @ss shut!
The 'Burbs was the first movie I popped in when I bought my 50" Plasma over the Christmas holidays, it was beautiful!
It just has to be done...we're getting a plasma soon too....I think the one we're eyeing up is 42"...someone told me the quality gets less sharp the bigger the screen? Is that true? In any case, I'm looking forward to it!

"...we should sue them..."
We have a 42 inch LCD (biggest one that would fit the entertainment center). Supposedly the knock against the early plasmas, short longevity, has been overcome. We got the LCD because our living room has many windows and LCDs are good in high glare environments. Otherwise I am not sure if there is any major difference any more.
No matter how big or small your TV set is, it's always a dignified inauguration to first watch "The Burbs" with it (on it?). :)

Walter, I have your dog.
Affirmative

I would say on it, although with it works as well (if you were asking about the English phrasing - American English might differ slightly from what they would say in England).
Thanks, yes I was unsure whether to use "on" or "with".

Walter, I have your dog.
Either mate, we're not pedantic.

SFA, yeah the short longevity thing was what I heard too.
