I just read an article about the two Voyager spacecraft which started in 1977 to explore our universe. In 1990, Carl Sagan, in charge of the mission, decided that one of the Voyager probes - now more than 6 billion kilometers away from earth - should take one last look back and ordered to turn the probe 180 degrees so that it could take a last picture of earth.
