Cheesy 80's commercials

OK, this is the ultimate 80's commercial which was running in the German cinemas in the 80's:


There is virtually NOTHING in this clip which is not totally 80's style.
 
Is that a bathing suit she wears? What exactly is she trying to put over her head on a public beach and why does she quit after just 4 seconds? Why is she wearing this chain? Questions over questions.

I wasn't sure is that was a commercial or a music video! That was a really long commercial! hahaha
