when you see suzette at the end of the filmn, she is holding loads of bags.
she's actually been away shopping ang bought Art a whole new load of clothes.

he enjoys his own "style" and way he dresses, so therefore he gets angry and says "...my wifes home when she arrives".

 
I think Art just wants to be the fun, crazy one of the trio. Ray is always dressed nicely and Mark is always in some sort of army fatigues.

And the way he sneaks around to Ray's trying to hide behind things that don't hide him...
 
I don't know about you, but I could NOT see him in the bushes when he was crow hunting. ;)

He kind of reminds me of Steve from Full House, always walking into the house eating everybody else's food. Well, I think Art reminds me of Steve, whoever came onto the scene first.
 
Yeah...how on earth did Vince spot Art what with that fantastic camouflage?
