Did anyone else here already catch the corona virus?

I currently have it and this ain't no pleasure cruise I must say. Although it's finally getting better. Did anyone else catch it yet? How did you get through?

Stay safe and healthy.

I have been around many people who had it (stuck in a 4 hour car ride one time with my daughter who had it) and have not contracted. Probly just luck but who knows. Everyone I know who got it was vaccinated and so it was like a regular flu they said.

Happy to hear you are getting better!

I had it a year ago and it felt like a flu for me. The first 2-3 days I had feber and that knocked me out pretty much. After the feber was gone I rapidly got better.

6-7 days after I got sick it was over, and I felt weak for a week or two after that. Keep safe people and happy recovery.

between that last post and now I've had two of my family get it at the same time. I don't know how I'm not getting also. They are both vaccinated and doing well, it is mild. Interestingly, when I was caring for my two in quarantine, I got a regular cold. I tested each day because I thought "this is it, here it comes" but it was just like all my usual colds. My daughter also got it to.

Interesting. There is a theory that it also depends on your blood group. Obviously, people with blood group 0 are least at risk. Do you know your blood type?

Well there's a first time for everything :)

I wish you a mild course of disease.

All of my nearest coworkers have gotten it, even recently.

But yet, somehow I've managed to avoid it so far. And I usually get the seasonal flu every year, knock on wood - I've been spared the virus so far.

But also - I've been taking the vax 2 times, and I've been awfully careful. Although I have been sitting in the car with a colleague who had it a few months ago, and a colleague who had it a month ago was inside my house for hours.

Feels like playing with fire.
