I think so.I still watch the re-runs of The Munsters when I get the chance. :D
 
 Maybe the Knapps took the house from the Munsters in the first place..

 I'm sure the Knapps offered to buy the house from the Munsters..
 
The Knapp's were sentimental,they felt an attachment to that property.LOL
