haha oh yeah i love him! <3 i remember reading only a few weeks ago, a strip were he is about to pull his teddy with him, and the arm of the teddy rips off.. and his face is just to priceless. LOOOL he's like ARGHHHHHH O____O

i used to buy tons of garfield comics at the thrift store. xD

Cats are cool.

Funny..the guy who did the voice for Hong Kong Phooey (1974), Scat Cat from Aristocats (1970) AND played Dick Hallorann the cook in THE SHINING (1980) was Scatman Crothers.

He was cool.

 
Garfield is probably the best comic strip cat. He has an attitude, which is good in a cat. Don't forget Heathcliff, but he wasn't as good.

We have two cats, both of whom are worthless, yet are indispensable.

Remember we did a survey on the old Board, Art and Bonnie, and there seemed to be a high correlation between cat ownership and Burbs fandom.

How many of you guys have cats (worthless or otherwise)?
 
I don't currently have any 'house' cats but I do feed several strays (and maybe some even non-strays) that hang out in the backyard all the time. It helps keep the crows away. I've given up on trying to keep a house cat tho, as much as I love 'em they're just too messy and destructive.

I do dig Garfield tho.. have several of his DVDs and have quite a few more sets to pick up.
 
lmfao we have seven cats, and four of them are from the same litter, and are barely two years so they're still very playful, which suits me perfectly, lulz.

and ew heathcliff is sooo lame!!! even as a kid i hated him..


aahhh the aristocats!<333 love the movie. just the french music in the intro of the movie makes me want to cry hahah <3 i looove the jazzy theme!

I've always been a fan of tom and jerry too!
although I thought Sylvester and Tweety were kinda lame, I adored Sylvester. he was just so adorable. lol!

btw I think "scat cat" was like made for scatman or something?? (characterwise or something) might be way off now, though. lol!
