We should post some goals we aim to achieve at the end of this year.

Here or some of my suggestions.

1. Get a hold of the administrators and pass the torch to someone else.

2. Put in some new quotes

3. Get 100 members to the board

Any other things you can come up with?

we're up to 84 residents of Mayfield Place. Hitting 100 might be a stretch before the year is out. It took quite some time just to get to 84.

We set the bar high my friend, aim for the stars...

A pathologist's way saves the day.

But the 100 members goal leads me to another point I don't cease to discuss: We should try to develop some kind of a marketing strategy to draw more attention to our board. Which measures could help? Posting the link to our board in various forums, facebook accounts and so on could be a first step.

Great, we can ask if Bonnie wants to make brownies and we'll start the hunt. Things that come to mind.

1. Facebook (I don't have one but i guess a lot of you neighbors do)

2. IMDB (Make some threads so that people will see that we exist)

3. All msn/yahoo/icq/etc... friends

And so on, the hunt begins!

I'm sorry I have not been here, and I honestly would like to hand the torch over...but I don't want to hand it over to just anyone. That's the only thing that bothers me.

It's hard to be interested in this board, when you're unemployed, desperatly looking for a job, AND about to get married.

Thank you

We understand and I have to say that I love the new look of our favorite place!

Maybe you should talk to RayP. I see him around here all the time and he seems like a trustworthy guy.

Affirmative.

Uhm, all the time may not quite be appropriate. I check this board every time I come home from work in order to relax a little bit. The recent days (and as it seems the upcoming weeks) I'll not be home before 8 PM. This raises the question: Am I the right person to take care of the board without having that kind of time?

Says who?

So Bonnie I wish you good luck with finding a job (as one can read from the daily news the labour market in the US currently seems to be lying on the ground). And have a wonderful marriage. Do you already have a marriage date?

March 5th! I've made a couple of users moderators. If someone is willing to take care of this place, and stick with the original wood...Let me know by email/private message. Thank you!
