Hideous, raging Inferno at Universal Studios

So they broke into Universal Studios while they were gone for the day?

You know, I was just looking at that. The news said a popular streetscape scene was destroyed. Hope its not Mayfield Place. that would be a tragedy. Anybody know for sure?

THAT would be a shame. They mentioned a loud explosion right before the fire started. Did they hit a gas line? The fire destroyed "New York Street" and "Courthouse Square." This new article
addresses a lot of the damage done and if you notice the very last paragraph they mention Wisteria Lane aka Mayfield Pl being a part of the Studio Tour which will resume tomorrow. So I assume no damage done there. :)

I am a little shocked that King Kong was lost in the fire. RIP.

several seconds of laughing here

This was mentioned on the Colbert Report. He made a joke about the fire destroying part of where 'Leave It To Beaver' was filmed.

Do I have reason to worry because of this?

That would be the courthouse area where Beaver went to school.
