HRI headed to Düsseldorf

Hello neighbors!

I know some of you hail from Germany. Just thought I’d let you know I’m coming over the fence for a week. Hope to find some cold beer or knockwurst.

Hey there, here is your German neighbour. I live near Frankfurt so we will be approximately only 200 kilometers away from each other :)

I've been there once on a business trip. What are you doing there if I may ask?

There should be plenty amounts of beer available :-) Not quite sure about the Knackwurst, though.

And please if you ask for some Knackwurst, NEVER forget the "n" because Kackwurst means as much as...turd.

Walter, I have your dog.
Hallo!

I've been in Cologne actually for the last two days. It has been great. Fantastic food and beaatiful city. I have been here for work. We are visiting a potential business partner to see if they are suitable to build a bunch of computer systems for our customer that purchases in large quantities.

At the end of tomorrow (actually "today' Thursday - I am up late still not adjusted to the time change) our group heads back to Dusseldorf to depart, but I have two days free until I leave on Sunday. I was looking at maybe Frankfurt or also maybe just see the sights in Dusseldorf. I am flexible and just need to be back in Dusseldorf by late Saturday Night for the return flight Sunday.

Ah, all right. So little time, so much to see. Have some pleasant remaining days in Germany and a good return flight. If you stay in Düsseldorf, you could have a look at the Christmas market, which seems to have just opened:

No beer and no knackwurst, but some mulled wine and gingerbread. :)
