Saw a fitness show the other day, it's called something along the lines of "Celebrity fitness camp" and Sebastian was on it.

Shortly after the show I listened to some songs by him and remembered how much I loved it.

I didn't know Skid Row made that good music. Did they make more stuff like that?

Yeah they where actually very good, the made some mainstream songs, but then went back to their metal origins.

Of course they fought and had to break up the band (with Sebastian as the singer). Same thing with Guns N Roses, Oasis and other great bands, that's a shame.
