Why is this film unavailable for digital purchase ANYWHERE?

iTunes, Amazon, Netflix, anywhere at all via Roku... anyone have any idea when someone, somewhere will have this available?

I was looking for it on all of the streaming services recently too. Can't believe it's not on any of them. I own it on 3 copies of VHS, 2 copies on DVD, and I have 2 pre orders for blu rays, and yet I can't watch it on my iPad unless I download it illegally (which I would obviously never do )
