I totally overlooked this animation movie, not only it's good fun
but it is also clearly inspired by the 'Burbs, and the 'Burbs connoisseurs will notice a sheer number of references.

It's funny, I have a 10 year old and two 13 year olds that I showed this movie to about 3 or 4 years back and they will NOT watch it again. They watch the 'Burbs all the time. Something about Monster House one scared them enough to stay away.

I am also biased toward this flick as I listen to a podcast that is hosted by two of the writers of Monster House ( Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab)

It's a good watch!
