What do you consider the best film ever made? Most critics agree on Citizen Kane (for some reason)

Also, what's the sh*ttest film you've ever had the displeasure to witness?

Hmmmmm, I've never seen "Citizen Kane". Usually I'm one of these popcorn movie watchers.

MY (means: for my unsophisticated aspirations) favorite film is "Die Hard with a vengeance". Beside of "The Burbs" of course.

From the more "serious" films I would take "12 Angry Men".

Worst film I've ever seen (but still I like it for some reason) is "Troll 2". WHAT the hell was that?

I have 12 Angry Men B&W original. Great movie I watch it a lot.

I like old court room dramas. To Kill A Mockingbird is a great one, too.

Aaaaaaaaaaaah, we had the topic of "good remakes". The 1997 remake of "12 Angry Men" was excellent, too. Ever seen it?

I may be a Philistine, but I like "It's a Wonderful Life"

Not the worst, but the one that was so highly overated that the difference between what I thought of it and what the critics thought is so enormous that it merits consideration:

Titanic

It's A Wonderful life was going to be a contender for me too, Dan.

Also never seen...

So it's worth a watch?

Wonderful Life and A Streetcar Named Desire (toss up)But I must go with the Burbs.

Worst movie: any Segal movie

Come on, "Under Siege" was not THAT bad.

It's A Wonderful Life is DEFINITELY worth a watch. Every man woman and child should see that movie. Well, personally, the last hour is what interests me, Christmas-wise, but you have to watch the whole movie to see the chain of events....
