This show never aired in Germany so I really only know it from the short segment in The Burbs.

But wow, now I watched this video here (obviously there's a dcoumentary coming to some selected cinemas this June) and was totally impressed seeing this. What a great guy this must have been. Surely missing in times like today.

 
I would go see Hanks take on Fred Rogers, it's in the same vein as Walt Disney which I liked his portrayal of.

I was a California kid who was raised on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood and will always have a soft spot for that kind man.

I recently came across this youtube. If you ever watched the 1980's version of the Incredible Hulk, Fred visits the set (which looks a lot like the universal lot)
