I'm selling my house soon but in the meantime my new neighbors are kind of odd. They leave me alone though so I don't mind. So they aren't really neighbors from Hell, they're just amusing.
One thing the neighbor boys do is bo staff fight in the backyard, and theyve had a tent up for days where the boys have been camping. If I had to guess their ages I'd say 14 and 15. It's what, 100F? cooling to 90F at night or so doesn't seem like that much of a difference to camp. I've met the mother once and she is an odd duck. She just asked me where the property line was for mowing purposes. I shook her hand and said "nice to meet you.". She responded "likewise", but it was the weirdest handshake ever. That's the only reason I remember "likewise". She seemed almost frightened, or paranoid, or perhaps socially inept. So while I sell this place I'm gonna soak up more weird neighbor musings.
