OK, after clicking "Add a reply" you have the reply window and underneath all the smileys there are buttons like "Insert link", "Insert Image" and so on. You click the left button "Insert link", enter the URL and click OK. Voila, there it is.

I'm pretty sure that's the way you did it before, didn't you?
