Today my original German Burbs press kit arrived.

For those of you who have a press kit as well: Does the German version have the same amount of pages like your version?

Mine has 28 pages.

Where did you get the press kit?

It contains a lot of background information about the actors, producers and staff people (even people like Rosanna Norton are described on about half a page).

Lots of infos about the production in general, what the actors think about the movie, the German translators and so on.

I thought I'd already own the press kit but that was a shorter version. Now I've got the 28 pages version which seems quite complete.

There is a press kit here:

http://www.moviegoods.com/movie_poster/burbs_the_1989.htm

But it seems over priced. And one of the categories the movie is listed under is Cannibalism. What the ???? The only mention of cannibalism (and it was only one of the theories) was the satanic pate'.

cool thanks.

I am able to scan the German press kit and send it to those who are interested in pdf-format by e-mail. Although virtually no one will be able to understand it since it is, as already mentioned, completely German.

That would be cool. If you really want to do that I would be up for it. It would be a good exercise in understanding German

Would you still scan and send it?
I'd really like to read it. I'm from Germany too, so it's no problem.

I might scan it with a better printer. Currently I have to scan each page separately and this takes a lot of time. Maybe I'll be able to scan it at work.

From which part of Germany are you? I'm from Frankfurt am Main (or at least close to Frankfurt).
