Okay, your ideas.

Why the hell did Queenie yelp when she skipped over the concrete slab on the way to lay a cable on Rummy's lawn?
 
I have never been sure about that. Maybe Mark had set some anti-Queenie boobie traps around his yard due to the frequent rogue crapping. Maybe bamboo spikes like they used in southeast Asia.
 
Yeah, he also must have his own army of tunnel rats, just keeping an eye out for Queenie...

Obviously they're doing a bad job.
 
Queeenie has a case of OCD. I have a screen capture of queenie jumping over the sidewalk. I'll post.
 
Rumsfeild was confused and put the chemlawn chemicals on his sidewalk.Queenie yelps when jumping over because it burns her ass...hahaha
