Ok, I trust my neighbors here to let me know when I am taking things too far. This may be an OCD thing I'm working through...
I saw that Darla's trainer for some others movies was Christie Miele. She seems known in the Entertainment animal training business and is quoted in some book about Animal Actors saying Darla's (Queenie) Big thing was "stealing socks".
Christie has a Facebook page out there and seems reachable. I was going to see if she responded and ask a few questions like, What other TV shows or Movies do you recall Darla being in that are not listed on IMDB/Wikipedeia. Is there a final resting place? Were you on set at the Burbs? etc etc
What do you all think? Am I taking this too far? If not, do you have any questions to add that you would ask?
