I just wanted to tell you all that there will be a 'Burbs barbecue at my place the 18th of June this year!

I will invite some of my 'Burbs friends and we will watch the movie, eat some steaks, drink a couple of beers and maybe smoke some cigars (outside).

We have a new "strange" family living on the block, maybe we'll do some sneaking around when night falls!

As of present there are 5 of us attending (including me and my fiancée).
So if you happen to be in south of Sweden this time of year just give me send an email and we'll take it from there.

Sweden?!? That's a bit far for me to go. That would be like hundres of hours on the tollway. Have a nice time with your BBQ!
 
Sorry I'm from Germany so I won't appear at your BBQ as well, although it sounds great.

By the way, ever heard of the "Burbs Day"?
 
hahaha well, I'm not that far away, I'm from up north in Norway, but still..too far. lmao! have fun though! im sure my sis and i will have a burbs bbq this summer, LOL.

Every 2nd saturday of July we celebrate the Burbs Day all around the world. That means watching the movie and trying to do things which happen in the movie.
 
The concept of The 'Burbs Day really sounds nice...now I know what to do the 2nd saturday of July. Have fun with your BBQ and try not to blow up your neighbors house :p
 
For the past few years I've been throwing coffee at my paper delivery boy and banging the hell out of my garbage with a stick on 'Burbs day. Oh and I put a green light in my garage last year. It looked really cool.
 
I even tried dog food for breakfast two years ago. :omg:

But there's more to do, make some brownies, slurp orange juice on your veranda, crush a few beer cans in the garden, smoke the occassional cigar...OUTSIDE! Listen to the Soundtrack, fetch the newspaper barefoot in your morning robe...
 
snack on Freakies while watching Jeopardy, try to fix the bbq, run to water (LOL, I love that one) show your neighbor your new tools.
