Sticky topic

I believe a sticky topic is always on top of the list, no matter when the last post was made in the sticky topic.

The other topics (non-sticky) are in a particular order (by the date of the last post).
 
I've never seen that.
I've never seen anyone stick a topic to the top of the board like that....
 
I can't tell who made the last post because for some reason the names aren't showing up, but ROFL and the previous explanation makes sense. Thanks.
