This is a low budget flick set in 84 about a group
of kids , one of them thinks his neighbour is a serial killer.
Very good movie, with tons of references to The 'Burbs, there is even a character named "Arthur Ray Peterson".

No spoiler of course but I suggest you to watch it.

Definitley a fun movie! I thought the group of kids had good chemistry, and the 80's suburban setting was great. I'd recommend any 'Burbite check it out!
