The Swedish TV channel, SVT 1, is playing our favorite movie tonight at 11.40 pm. I would like to salute the channel for good taste in movies. Over ;)

Too bad I was firmly asleep after a few strong Systembolaget beers :D

But hey, the true hardcore fans have the DVD (or Blu-Ray Peterson)
 
That's amazing! I hardly ever see it on the US channels. Maybe once in the past ten years.
 
Yeah I remember it playing on tv a lot more when I was younger. Haven't seen it for a couple of years. Somehow I prefer to watch it on tv over dvd/bl, it gives me a more nostalgic feeling i guess :)
 
They showed it a lot too when I was younger. I've been damaged as when I watch it on DVD I still recall the exact moments where they had commercials :oops:

These days I have no idea as I don't watch TV anymore now that we have streaming services, but I guess it's still on from time to time here in Denmark.
 
The last time they showed in on German television must have been about 6 years ago. And you know despite of having it on VHS, two different DVDs and two different Blu-Ray Petersons, I STILL tune in to watch it on TV whenever it comes :)
 
It's the same thing here Ray. It would be nice if they played the movie more often.
