Now the picture of the first warden's house that they show. Long after the prison was shut down, but before the houses where abandoned. We had friends that lived in that house. Ghost Hunters is the most reputable and popular ghost show there is. GHI is #2. If you watch it you'll quickly realize they are the real deal. Their first goal is to find reasonable explainations for freaky things, if they cant, then they will consider if its paranormal.
As for the Jim Morrison pic. it looks real to me. But there's no proof it's him, it could be any spirit from that cemetery. Or it could be fog, who knows.
