So, I don't know how I've only just seen this movie, but I just watched Wes Craven's The People Under the Stairs, and I absolutely loved it. Definitely going to add it to my 'Burbs movie marathon list (along with The Lost Boys). Has anyone here seen it?

I first saw it when I was about ten, and then I watched it again a few years ago. I liked it, and now I watch it every October for my month of scary(ish) movies.

It doesn't really give me the same feeling as the 'Burbs, but not many movies can.

I consider myself a Wes Craven fan, but I haven't watched this movie? It just went on my to-watch list. :)

It's on Netflix if you have Netflix. It's definitely worth watching.

Affirmative, sounds interesting. It also has a 6.3 rating on imdb which is actually very good (although you can't always count on imdb ratings, I mean, The Burbs doesn't have a straight 10 so there must be something wrong with the voting system).

I've somehow never seen it, despite being a fan of Wes Craven, and an even bigger fan of horror in general. I'll definitely watch it soon now that it's been recommended by a Burbanite.

It also has the pitcher kid from The Sandlot, if anyone else has seen that movie. There's another reason to watch it.

Nope, it's not (at least not on Scandinavian Netflix...you know...Denmark, Norway and Sweden). I just searched for it, 0 results on Netflix.

I know we could probably find an American IP Address and use PROXY to bypass the Scandinavian IP, but that's probably quite illegal, they do have ZONES for a reason, it's because Netflix hasn't paid for the rights to show it in Scandinavia yet.;)

But I'll watch it when it comes to the Scandinavian version of Netflix. Thanks for the tip!
