The Seznicks

Being someone who counts Huey Lewis & The News and Elton John among their favorite musicians this isn't quite my type of music :D

But I like the fact that there is a band who has made a whole album which deals with The Burbs.

How is a group of people so into the 'Burbs that they form a band called the Seznicks and record an album with every song about the 'Burbs and not ever find this forum and post here about what they did?

I'm not super into punk but I love listening to this for their lyrics.

I mean, look at their song names!

1. No Tan Lines This Morning

2. I Love This Street

3. Red Rover! Red Rover! Let Art Go on Over!

4. It's a Femur Bone

5. Satan Is Good! Satan Is Our Pal!

6. Came with the Frame

7. My Brother, The Doctor

8. Who Ordered the Blood Shake?

9. 9 on the Tension Scale

10. Take Me to the Hospital, I've Been Blown Up

What about creating some other song names?

I'll start with a few:

1.) Green sky at night

2.) Cooking a !@#$ cat

3.) Sardine?

4.) I hate cul-de-sacs

Nice!

5) Hey Man, Piss Off

6) Decomposing (In the Summer Heat)

7) That Old Fart

8) Dank Wet Cabin

Outside of the punk realm, I'd like to hear Frank Sinatra croon his way through "I'm a Good Bowler"

What a great find :)

And named their band after a character in the movie (Walter).
