What's weird is | saw this trailer months ago on YouTube! Thought some 2012 freak had created it. Then saw the trailer on the Big Screen. The big mountain/wave scene is awesome on the giant screen.

Yup, he's from Germany as well. He indeed made a couple of good movies. The Poseidon Adventure does not belong to them so never mind.

This movie is being called the scariest movie of the decade. I cant wait to see it, but I doubt that it will scare me because i'll watch it from a paranormal researchers piont of view.

Wow, this should be good. Unfortunately I can't watch the vid but I watched one on youtube which shows the scared audience. Cool.
Has anyone already seen the new 5 minute clip from Roland Emmerichs upcoming 2012? My eyes were almost falling out, I've never seen so much action and devastation in a single 5 minute scene and I'm not exaggerating. It's so incredibly over-the-top (in a good sense) that you have to watch it yourself.
