I am aware we export a lot of our SH*T TV sh*t to you guys. And some of it is absolute 100% SH*T.

But one thing I'd ask you to keep a look out for is a series called LIFE ON MARS

Nothing Sci Fi. It's a cop thing. A Politically Correct police officer is hit by a car and placed in a coma. He awakes in the UK in 1973. And 1970s cops are NOT Politically Correct LOL

It's sooooooooooo good. Well, I enjoyed it...
 
I've heard of this show but I haven't watched it yet.I'll check it out.
 
I've heard about this, too. I think they're showing it on pay-per-view.

I just noticed that the U.S. made a remake of the series. Maybe that's the one which runs on German pay-per-view.
 
it's been on for a while now. My wife watches it. Personally, I find it boring.

The U.S. or British version?
 
The US version. I cant speak for the British version becasue I haven't seen it. I'm a little tired of the cop's and lawyer shows on TV. There is way to many of them.
 
You have to focus on the good ones.

"Law & Order" is cool. Good late-night entertainment.

One of the best "pure" lawyer shows is "The Practice". The more often you watch it the more addictive it becomes.
 
The British one is awesome.
I don't watch TV cop shows. In fact, I don't watch TV period, aside from the news and my daughter's kids shows like Scooby Doo. In fact, I'd heard such great reviews about Life On Mars (UK) that my friend burned the 4 discs for me and I watched them back to back.

Unless you are British and can remember the 70s you wouldn't 'get it'. So it was a poor example really.

 
Funny thing, I just read last night that Life On Mars just got cancled.
 
Sometimes they cancel good shows as well. Has anyone ever seen "Surface"? Man, only one season but I loved this show.
