ironically, Ive seen Groundhog Day loads of times and its weird but I can't recall what role he plays???

LOL, this might be true.

I saw him in that "Amazing Stories" episode and the episode began with showing him in a restaurant, eating all kinds of stuff and speaking with his mouth full.
