Nah, this isn't about the elections or anything so mundane as that. I don't really give a rat's rear end who you vote for this coming November (for you US voting age members). This is about something of far more significance. It seems that uh, psychos, fanatics, murderers, nut cases all over the world have voted on the Internet Movie Data Base and have given the Burbs a paltry if not downright subversive rating of 6.3. As we all know this is not acceptable. I say we go over the fence and into the IMDB's basement and give the Burbs a boost in ratings. Here is the website. Register and vote today or else just live in a cave with the rest of your al Qaeda buddies. I know, that was a bit extreme. I'm getting off the roof now.

I've added my "10" years ago but I second the motion for everyone on the board to do this even though there is almost 15,000 votes.
 
The poll (user rating) doesn't meet our expectations. Although 6.3 is actually pretty good compared to other movies. Nonetheless, it would be the ultimate goal to gather enough voters in order to vote it in the Top 100. Whoa, sorry, I'm just dreaming.

The 6.3 rating is overdue. Maybe we can at least leap it to 6.4.

Although, just like garbie, I already voted "10" a long, long time ago.
 
Yeah, we probably all gave it a 10. It is just a continuous source of annoyance that a bunch of philistines with no taste in films have rated the Burbs so low.
