Do you have any suggestion on what cologne/fragrances the characters would wear?

Here's my list:

Art: Jovan Musk
Ray: Obsession - Calvin Klein
Ricky: Drakkar Noir
Rumsfield: Stetson
Reuben/Werner Klopek: Tabac

Carol: Oscar De La Renta
Bonnie: Chanel #5

I'll go with your choices, however, if there is ever a fragrance called "cooked !@#$ cat" I'll tag Rumsfield!
