what were u doing the year the burbs was released?

Take the year the movie was released. I think 1988? If u were on the planet back then can u recall what your life was like and can share ? In that year i was married with my first child. I lived in mobile home. There was internet or even home computers like we have today. No cell phones like we have. satellite existed but only a few had them and they were HUGE! I think cds were just starting and i dint think we ha-dent even bought a VCR yet! How about you?

I guess it was released 1989. Hm...I was 8 years old and still went to elementary school (must have been 3rd grade). I don't remember all too much about that time. Life was easier for me back then for sure

i think i was 24. I cant recall it at the theaters. But after i first watched it i was hooked!
