Whitesnake...they still got it

I'm pretty sure many of you will know Whitesnake. "Here I go again" and "Is this love" among their top hits.

I saw a clip from their 2006 concert in London and have to say: WOW! They still keep the crowd rocking:

Walter, I have your dog.
My knowledge of Coverdale and Whitesnake goes further back. But they is good.

"...we should sue them..."
I agree, Whitesnake has still got it.

Run to me, run to water!
I just noticed that many great Rock bands are from the UK. Are there any new Rock bands from the UK which can be recommended or has this "tradition" somehow died?

Ditto. I liked them before the "whitesnake" album. "Slide it in" was a pretty good album.

I'm only laying here with my eyes closed trying to get some goddamn sleep!
And the first album I heard from them was "1987" so I kind of grew attached to this sound (you know how I am, I grow so attached to things :) )

Oh and I just noticed that we are soon going to celebrate post no. 2000 of Mr. RY.

Walter, I have your dog.
WOO HOO Go for it Mr. Rays Yard, YES. Now everybody on the block is watching.

Will #2000 make RY the new "neighbor with the enormous head?"

The best thing David Coverdale and Jimmy Page ever did was when they collaborated together on an album: COVERDALE/PAGE. Honestly, I'm not a Zeppelin or a Whitesnake fan, but this album sounds really good.

"smells like they're cooking a god damn cat over there"
That is a good album. I still have it, but haven't listened to it for years. Maybe I'll give it a spin this weekend.
