And yes, the cast did look like they were having a great time. Since they shot the movie in sequence, they were given a lot of room to mess around and improvise, so I think that's part of why they look so into it.

Welcome back, hope you're doing better. The traffic around here has picked up in the last month since summer is approaching. You're back just in time for 'Burbs Day next month.
I just saw Joe Dante's twitter posting. Such sad news. I think a viewing of The Burbs is in order, in honor of Rick Ducommun.
Maybe we should have a memorial day where we all watch The Burbs. Say Friday or something.

I'm planning on watching it tomorrow. It's supposed to be a dry, 80F day with a slight breeze. Maybe I'll mow the lawn, grill some burgers, drink a few brews, then finish the day off with The Burbs.
