I think you might enjoy this one,its a satirical,bittersweet
comedy sets inside a suburban street,mostly
between two colonial houses

Main character is a young guy who
wants to get laid with his smoking hot neighbor,
He decides to spend the whole summer in her front yard
to win her heart, she is dating a typical Jock.

Lot of small weird characters from the neighbourhood,
goofy kids also, a nice photography, nice songs, very sexually
oriented dialogues and plot.

Of course there are a couple of cool nods
to The 'Burbs as well.Actors are okay to me.

I didnt even know that this movie existed untill last week,
I found it while searching Imdb titles, using certain keywords.
I like it and recommend it.
