A giant wheel?

So "The Burbs" was filmed at Universal City in the Universal Studios, LA. Right between Art and Ray in this shot, do you think we see a giant wheel which is probably part of the park?

If not, what else is it?

well ive already said sattelite dish. cant think of anything else.

It is a sattelite dish. That was the size of them in the 80's.
