Well I have to admit that I'm somehow far away from being in christmas mood. On a scale between 0 and 10 I'd say it's just a 2.

What about the other Burbanites on the block?

This year I'm actually in the mood more then ever. I believe it has something to do with all the schoolwork lately. I really miss my family and friends and I'm looking forward to see them all and spend some quality time with them:)

about a 5

:D yeppers

Christmas decorations are already appearing in the stores. I even bought some new LED lights for a maple tree in the front yard.

Art was a big Christmas fan, it's been a long time since he has visited, me too for that matter.

I'm sort of in Christmas Denial, as I'm holding on to the summer we ALMOST had, as I'm hoping it will stretch far (so my heating bill gets lower...not too rich after buying my very own home you know), the last winter was absolutely AWFUL, Ice-cold record breaking winter (aka worst winter in 40-70 years or so according to Swedes over here)...still fairly good weather here in October, hope it stays that way.

Anyway, for the Christmas, I prepared last year, after buying the house...I bought lots of LED lights, I must have over 400 Leds by now..

one of them has 300 Warm White leds
The other one has over 80 Cold White leds
The rest is two 36 & 40 led lights.

I was planning on nailing the 300 Led light to my roof, but knowing how HIGH my roof is in certain places, doesn't really tempt me into doing it.

"It's very high..."

I hope safety is your middle name JoOngle.

Here in Germany you can already buy all the christmas sweets in the supermarket. In the same instant we had a wonderful late-summer weather for the last days. Pure sunshine and temperatures about 25 degrees Celsius (which equals 77 degrees Fahrenheit).

So I was standing in the supermarket in my bermuda shorts and t-shirt while holding advent calendars, gingerbread and cinnamon star cookies in my hands. Surreal.

Well, unfortunately today has been the day of a change in weather. And it's about to get worse. *Sigh*, seems autumn is coming.
