My brother is crazy. A guy at his workplace retired recently. Whenever my brother is out and about doing his job, he passes by the guy's house. If he's home he drives by. If he's out (i.e. no car on the driveway) he stops and puts garden gnomes in his back garden. My bro picks them up from anywhere he can get them. Once, when the guy was out, my brother and his female colleague set out an entire tea party of garden gnomes in the back yard with cups and plates etc. The thing is, the guy has NO idea who is doing it.
