'Burbs Day 2014

I'm currently sitting on my balcony and sipping my orange juice. Laer we pack the car and head up to the cabin by the lake for a restful week.
I plan to fix the BBQ and drink a couple hundred beers. Maybe watch that guy with the enornous head get drunk and fall down the stairs.

God I love this day!
 
Happy Burbs day! I'm at work at the moment. I plan to go down to the deli and get one of those beef sandwiches, then drink a couple hundred beers. Then I'm gonna crush some of those cans out of frustration.

I did wake up at the break of dawn and watched my neighbor's dog. It didn't crap in another neighbor's yard though.

I can't wait until after work.
 
Happy Burbs Day, everyone! This is the first year that I was even aware that this day existed, so I had to embrace it. I don't drink beer, smoke cigars, or eat sardines, so I celebrated by watching The Burbs and eating some pretzels. I had to substitute a Pepsi Max for the beer! I hope you all had a great day, and I hope that a few of you managed to watch the film too!

Just finished watching it! That's the third time in the past month I've watched. Still great.

I should have bought some pretzels! So obvious.
 
Hope you all had a great Burbs Day enjoying your favorite movie. Didn't eat dog food like I did a couple of years ago (I really did, wanted to try something new) but spent the day on a more conservative basis. Didn't drink beer, either but sipping some blood orange juice. In case you guys didn't read the post yet in which I posted my special "Skip's Soda Fountain mug", I will post two pics here (it was a pic someone posted on deviantart and I simply got it printed on a mug):

Wow, that mug is great. What I like most about it is that it's a one of a kind. I bet no one else has anything like it. In the future I need to make more Burbs stuff along these lines!

Yeah, that's true. It might even be the only mug of that kind in the world. Fascinating thought.

Did you say you posted something else about this mug somewhere in this forum in the past? I did a quick search but couldn't find anything...

 
I see you got the Pretzels, but where is the SARDINES HERR KLOPEK!?!?! Maybe they're in the basement?!
