OK, I'm no fashion God.

But whoa! What the hell is Art wearing???

Those shorts and socks LOL LOL his tops are rank!

And as for his golfwear!!!!!

 
Well, I suspect Art throws on whatever is on the top of the pile or the first thing he comes to. He's got more important things to do than coordinate clothes!
 
I bet since Suzette is not home he has to take care of his clothing on his own which results in white socks and chequer shorts.

Naaa he really has no idea - and cares even less. He's happy as long as he's at the bowla-rama eatin' hot beef sandwiches and shooting crows...theyre too big for birdfeeders you know.
