OK I watched the Burbs today looking for things that I missed the first hundered times I watched it.
Here are some key things I noticed:
-Art eats dogfood while Carol walks by with it at breakfast(I can't believe I never noticed this before!!)
-I think Art's job might have something to do with a phone company(he wears a shirt that says something Phone Company)
-I've seen the cartoon that was on the tv at breakfast(not really a finding or anything just a fun fact).
-I'm sure you've found all the green lights, the ones I found were(1. green light when the furnace turns on before Hans takes the garbage out, 2. green light on driveway as he takes garbage out, 3. green light in garage when they leave in the car, 4. green light in the basement as Ray and Art go down) Tell me if I missed any.
I had one more but I can't remember it! Should have wrote them down.

Thanks for posting you findings. Indeed they are well known to us. There are many other things to discover. Just recently we discovered many new aspects and details. If you'll find the time, check the posts I made in the "God I love this street" thread for example.
