Another funny thing I noticed when I watched it last night is that when Mr. Roger's Neighborhood comes on after Ray's dream, you can barely see Ray moving his lips to the theme song. Not really a big find or anything I just thought it was funny.
After a horrible nightmare he's sitting in bed and moving his lips to the words "I have always wanted to have a neighbour just like you, I've always wanted to live in a neighbourhood like you!" It's like he's wishing himself away from that place.
yeah, I saw that also, then he kinda rolls his eyes and tossed the remote on the bed as if to say "my neigboors are clearly psycho. Great acting by Mr. Hanks.

I think i've realized why they cut out the scene with Art dangling upside down over the Klopeks fence. It would have thrown off the timing of the lights and alarms turning off.
