It sounds a bit like the multiple fences for protection they have around thr prison in The Walking Dead. Maybe your neighbor is expecting a zombie apocalypse?

LOL, I think we found the solution. But all those fences make it more difficult to snoop around a little bit. Just in case they are trying to hide something. Did you already check out their property with an infrared scope? Are they at least semi-normal?

I actually have a neighbor who's a old fart and lives up the block from me, and his name is Walter.
Only he dont have a little dog, he has cats, and he trained his cats to crap in my garden.

LOL, I think if he really did I had to respect this dude since it's actually quite difficult to teach cats anything.

I got a gun and tried to pop a few of them, oh their big basterds too,
but I accidentally shot the neighbors clay owl instead.
Should I offer them my scrambled eggs to make amends?

I recently had neighbors move in across the alley and I suspect them of being in the Witness Protection Program. They'll be out in their backyard doing stuff and then I'll walk outside and they'll rush in the house. It's strange. One of my other neighbors tried to have a conversation with the woman at the store, but she left in a hurry.

I don't think they're murdering people because they've got kids. They're still odd, though.
